3. discuss batch size (preliminary idea is batch = one shelf, which is about 20 volumes)

5. volumes will be discarded after digitization
6. questions to ask DPU about project:
1. is there a problem with creating serial records in the digital library system (DLS)?
2. how frequently will DPU process each batch (weekly, etc.)?
