• resource: 40 Acre Facts (online)
• create a professional-looking template using HTML
  • also link to webpage or pdf version
• notify about Alumni events, recruiting events
• need participants to:
  • gather information (one contact per person)
    • also get info from Britt's office
  • write/edit/compile
  • photos/graphics
  • format/send
    • probably want Britt's office to email it out
    • get HSU wordmarks/graphics from Britt
