U.S. Citizen Services: Hours of Operation

The American Citizen Services unit of the Consular Section provides information and assistance to U.S. citizens in Finland. This unit deals with U.S. passports, citizenship issues, social security numbers, tax information, voting assistance, notarization of documents, children's issues, emergency services for American citizens etc. For more information see the links below.

 

Opening hours: 9 – 12 Noon, Monday through Thursday, except for American and Finnish holidays. Consular services are by appointment only; appointments may be obtained by phone, fax, or e-mail.
